All the victims’ family members file two wrongful death suit against the helicopter company for the crash of the vehicle. In total, there are family members of four passengers who file this lawsuit. The crash had killed nine people, including Kobe Bryant and his daughter.

Subsequently, these two lawsuits follow Vanessa Bryant’s lawsuit, which she had filed in the month of February. Vanessa Bryant is the widow of the world-famous basketball player Kobe Bryant. She is suing the company over the crash of the Sikorsky S-76 chopper. The S-76 chopper is the helicopter model which the company used for the travel of Kobe Bryant and their daughter. The crash takes place in the month of January in a hillside area in Los Angeles.

The new lawsuit indifferent from Vanessa Bryant’s lawsuit

Vanessa Bryant also names Ara Zobayan in her lawsuit. Ara Zobayan is the pilot of the S-76 chopper who was driving Kobe Bryant and other passengers. Subsequently, her accusation is that Ara was flying the chopper carelessly. On the other hand, the new lawsuit doesn’t name or accuse of any such careless driving. But, they blame only the company for being negligent and careless with the vehicle.
